Fish Creek Trail

Fish Creek Trail is about 7 miles long in total and goes through both Arlington and Grand Prairie. It starts at Cravens Park in Arlington and ends at Lake Ridge Parkway (Fish Creek Park) in Grand Prairie. There are several parks along the way and the Southeast branch of the Arlington Public Library is also accessible from the trail. The trail follows along Fish Creek, which can dry up in the summer, but is lovely after rain. The trail is very wide and easily accommodates people walking and biking together.

I particularly like the Fish Creek Neighborhood Park as a detour off the trail for kids. The playground at the adjacent school is very nice and has a rubber ground, which is what I prefer as the ground covering.
