Howard Moore

Howard Moore Park has a playground, pavilion, trail, tennis courts, and seasonal outdoor splash pool. 

The playground has been recently renovated and is very nice. There is a large play structure that has several elements for children to play and climb on. There are also swings nearby. The ground is turf over rubber which makes is nice for children of all ages. There are several trees that provide natural shade.

There is a large pavilion near the playground that has grills available for use. However, unless the pool is open there are not restrooms available. 

The seasonal outdoor splash pad is usually open from early June to late August. It has a zero depth entry, slides, and other play elements for kids. It is shallow throughout the pool. For more information on hours and rates click here. 

This park is a great place to take kids to play!

Fountains are turned off in late November/early December and turned back on in late March/early April to prevent serious freeze damage.
