Southlake Bicentennial Park
Bicentennial Park in Southlake is a fantastic park with slides, swings, climbing structures, zipline, a sand pit, pavilions, a splash pad, and other water features.
The park has a dragon theming with several huge dragons throughout the park. One has buttons that shoot water from the dragon's nostrils when pushed. There are several different things for kids of various ages to play on throughout the park. There are multiple swing sections, including two ziplines. There are multiple slides and things for kids to climb on.
There is a splash pad that is on daily Memorial Day-Labor Day and Friday-Sundays in September. There are buttons to activate the water.
The ground is covered by various surfaces throughout the park including mulch, turf, rubber, sand, and cement. There are lots of trees throughout the park to provide shade as well as pavilions with seating underneath. The playground is surrounded by a large fence and there are restrooms just outside the gate. There are fountains in the playground.
This is a fantastic park that can keep kids entertained for a long time no matter the season.
